The recruiters of Paramount Staffing work on a contingency basis.  We will initiate a recruitment search based on your criteria by placing advertisements on your behalf, conducting skills testing, screening interviews, and confirming professional and personal reference checks.  At your request, we will also provide a detailed criminal and educational background check.  You will not pay fees for the services rendered unless you employ a candidate referred to you by Paramount Staffing.
